Hello

I have an Elitebook 8770w. Video card is Nvidia Quadro K3000M. Just bought an ultrawide monitor (21:9) and I cannot make it work with proper resolution (3440x1440). Laptop only shows it in 1920x1080.

I thought the video card would support ultrawide resolution. Is it so? Or could it be than I'm using wrong cable connection? Right now I'm connected to HDMI 2.0 input at monitor to DisplayPort 1.2 output from laptop. Cable is HDMI to HDMI so I'm using a HDMI to DisplayPort adapter on the laptop side.

Thank you,

Paola.

EDITED: SOLVED. It was the **bleep** DisplyPort to HDMI adapter. With a DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable was solved.
