Envy Sleekbook camera is showing a black screen

Envy Sleek Book
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When I turn on my camera all I get is a black screen.  This is true using Zoom and other programs and when accessing the camera directly.  I've followed all the trouble shooting recommendations including resetting the app, uninstalling and reinstalling the camera devise, searching for driver updates and looking for the kill switch (which I don't find).  This was happening before I updated to Windows 10 version 1909 but the camera was working as recently as 3 weeks ago.

Sorry the widows OS is a 64 bit.
