I have a HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13m-bd0023dx and I've recently upgraded to windows 11.  I have a Pluggable USB-C Dock  with Thunderbolt 3. I cannot get an external monitor to work. My HP has Thunderbolt Controller driver version 1.41.1134.0 . My monitor is HP Elitedisplay E231 . I tried to connect with a HDMI - Display cable and a VGA connection. The monitor says No HDMI signal and my laptop does not recognize a second display. Other devices like usb and ethernet are working ok through the same dock and port.

I tried returning back to windows 10 but the problem still persists. Also I've downloaded and installed all available driver updates from HP support page.
