Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The screen of my HP Envy laptop no longer displays anything. The hinge of the screen is damaged. However, when I connect an external monitor via a USB-C cable, the laptop functions normally and the image is displayed on the external screen. Is it possible to repair this, so I can use my laptop without an external monitor again?
