Envy x360 Hinge problem, display backing popped open and hinge screw fell out

My notebook is an Envy x360, model 15-bp143cl, I have bought it in June 2018.  I take good care of my laptop and never use it in tablet mode.  But all of a sudden the left side hinge area of the display popped open and one the hinge screws fell out. I saw on the internet that this is a common issue with this model. I am looking the parts code for the left and right hinge and for the lid cover and where I can buy them in on-line shop in US that can ship to Brazil, once, I did not have the return from the HP Brazil partners about the quotation of the parts, and I am in a hurry to fix my notebook because I use it to work!!

Guys I really new a help!

I use my notebook to work and I did not have the support from HP Brazil and the HP partners do not have the computer parts that I need.

I am looking for the pat numbers of the lid back, the pair of hinge and the frame (without the touch sreeen).
