HP Envy x360 15-ar052sa
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Heya,

Not posted here before so hopefully this is all done correctly;

I have an HP Envy x360 15-ar052sa that I've had for a few years now.

Recently I decided I wanted to buy a pen to go with it so I can use the touchscreen for drawing and I found one which the seller has confirmed should be compatible with my laptop.

I was unable to get it to work, so I messaged the seller and they said I need to try uninstalling and reinstalling both 'HID-Compliant Touch Screen' and 'Intel (R) Precise Touch'.

I cannot find the Intel (R) Precise Touch anywhere in my device manager. Is my laptop supposed to have this? And if so, how can I install it? [Sorry if that's a silly question]

Thanks 🙂
