Has anyone figured out the brightness problem with the 2019 HP Envy 360? Last post I saw said the fix was to update the intel driver - I have a ryzen so that doesn’t work.

If you've updated the graphics card from the HP website and yet the issue persists, here's what I suggest you do, as it seemed to have helped others resolve the same issue:
- Click START, search for & right-click on "This PC", and select MANAGE.
- Under Device Manager, select MONITOR, and right click on PnP Monitor. Uninstall and delete the drivers.
- At the top of the device manager, click the button that scans for hardware changes.
