HP - 14s-dq1505sa
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi All,

I wondering if anyone can help me with this one please.

I have Hp 14s-dq1505sa laptop and I’m looking to set up to external monitor’s to it.
I have one working fine through HDMI and I have bought a USB-C to HDMI adaptor to run the second Monitor off but this doesn’t seem to be working.

I can’t seem to find any information to say that this does work so I am seeking Help on it.

does anybody know I’f this is possible?

Thank you in advance.

The specs of your machine is

Its USB-C port is for  Data Transfer Only.  If you wish to have 2 or more external monitors (and notebook monitor - total 3), please enter your requirement on the following link and it will find for you few USB-A DisplayLink Certified options on market today including some HP products (you can select HP before Search)

Ok thanks for the reply but I’m still confused. If the hub connects via the usb - c port how can that accept video from a monitor. I understand the hun will have a hdmi slot to connect the monitor to but it then plugs into the usb-c port which as you say is data only!
