Product: HP ZBook Power 15.6 inch G10 A Mobile Workstation PC (7E6M0AV)

Hi,

The company that I am working bought a G10 A Mobile Workstation four months ago and from the very first day when I am connecting external screen / screens to the Laptop the external screens are flickering while Laptop's screen operate fine without any flickering either being Laptop connected to external screens or not.

 

Two and a half months ago they had replace motherboard with the embedded graphic card but still the problem is exactly the same. I have try with another dock station but still the same behavior regarding flickering when the external screens are connected.

 

I am very disappointed with service.

 

While they came one more time 3-4 weeks ago to check the Laptop, they did that without having connecting it to any external screen / screens and they find that everything is ok and they left.

 

I am not interested to try workarounds or quick fixes. I want to have a solution which is fixing the problem permanently.

I am just wondered how many months more it will take until someone from HP reply with a proper fix.

 

Today 2024/05/08 I had a call from HP service to update Dock firmware. Thank you.
