HP Recommended
Product: HP Spectre 13-ap0000 x360 Convertible PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have my laptop connected to a second display. Every 20 minutes or so, the display disconnects for maybe 5 seconds, then reconnects. I have tried this with 2 different displays, 2 different USB-C dongles, and 2 different HDMI cables. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled and updated my display/video drivers. I purchased this laptop refurbished and have only owned it for a few months. As far as I can tell, this has been happening for as long as I have owned it.

 

Anyone have a solution? This keeps interrupting my work.
