Hi @Akir-Intiser,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

I understand that you are having issues with the flickering screen.

I have a few recommendations

  • Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.

Try and check in Bios using the F10 key if the screen is flickering in Bios. To enter Bios, click restart keep tapping the F10 key, and then turn on the PC at the same time to enter the Bios screen.

If the issue persists in Bios then it is a hardware issue on the screen.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance

Hey,

I've tried it the screen is not flickering because this problem don't happen all the time. It happens when I use my laptop for a long time or sometimes I don't even know why . If I could send you the video then you might understand what is the issue
