Resizable BAR is an optional PCI Express interface technology. For external GPU enclosures (like the HP Omen Accelerator) it would be nice if even non-gaming notebooks like the Spectre x360 would be able to use this technology to improve gaming performance.

 

To be able to use Resizable BAR the notebook UEFI has to enable a special Flag (varstore) to indicate support. I would really appreciate it if you could enable this flag with the next bios update.
