Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, i just noticed that my laptop have a fingerprint scaner but windows don't detect it. I can't see it in device manager, but when il looked to the BIOS there was something with fingerprints. I installed drivers from official website, but that didn't work too. Thank you for every anserver!

Fingerprint is an option. Đi you actually buy this option ? Otherwise it has a window but NO reader underneath. If you wish, you can buy part # 683485-001 which includes cable, bracket, and screws and install to your machine.

I don't know, I got this pc as a gift, but there is like a little pad on right-down corner.
