hp omen 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently purchased hp omen 15 from USA, currently living in India. The laptop seemed fine during the first few months but recently white lines have started flashing across the screen and the intensity has increased and it has got to the point that half of the screen is covered. The lines usually show up in the Omen Command center or while browsing on chrome or firefox and while watching youtube. Is this covered under the one year international warranty and are there any ways i can get it fixed myself

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting white lines on the display.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I am not sure whether the hardware is cover in the international warranty and you need to check with the support team. However, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
