Flickering Display on HP Envy X360

HP Envy X360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Greetings HP Fans.

I purchased an HP Envy X360 about 8 months ago.  I've noticed over the past couple of months that the display will blink (flicker) off for a fraction of a second on a regular basis.  On average ever 20 - 30 secords.

I had read that it was a Google Chrome issue, but I've noticed it on everything, programs, apps, etc.  It happens in both regular and tablet mode.

I've been searching the blogs, but I've not found anything that addresses this particular issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Jim_The_Realtor,

Welcome to HP Forums! I have read your post and wanted to help.

I understand that the display of your laptop flickers every 20 -30 seconds. In order to better to assist you, can you provide the product number of the laptop? HP Notebook PCs - How Do I Find My Model Number, Serial Number or Product Number?

Looking forward to your reply!
