Product: HP Spectre X360

Hello, i need help. When I used the laptop for about 5 minutes it stars to flicker the screen. 
I read the comments on this forum and I connected the laptop true the HDMI cable in to the TV and It dosen’t flicker on the TV and the lines did not appear. 

This are pictures of the problem,
