Product: Hp 7200 notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have 2 users so far that have a new HP 7200 and a 7210 notebook and the front facing camera does not work. I have tried all the driver updates and nothing. One of them when I logged in as admin I was able to get it to work but when the user got home it stopped. Any suggestions? Thank you.
