Product: HP ENVY x360 13-ay0009na Convertible Laptop, AMD Ryzen 7 Processor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have seen a couple of tickets regarding the fuzzy camera issue, but have not yet seen any response that works!!

 

My laptop is brand new out of the box and as I bought it for work purposes, the webcam is a feature I will need to use regularly,,, but the image quality (even when set to highest quality (1280x720) is absolutely awful 😞 I am in a well lit room, however this seems to make little difference. 

 

So far I have searched for and updated drivers and my BIOS, none of these have worked... the only option seems to be to return this laptop and order a different make... can anyone help please???
