Product: HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-ec2000 (2P6B3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I was using my laptop BSOD came with the error of VIDEO TDR failure. After that my Graphics card GTX 1650 is getting detected but showing a Code 43. My battery is weak as my laptop gets abruptly shut off while using GPU intensive applications while on a battery. Is the battery an issue? Does removing the battery and running the laptop on AC power work?

HP Recommended

The machine actually ran on Windows 11 64 bit. Then I installed windows 10 64 bit to see if the problem gets fixed
