Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i downloaded the newest amd catalyst drivers for my laptop and in the hardware manager show 2 gpus 

1st R4 gpu

2nd amd R5 M330

when they are both activated the laptop is lagging every 3 seconds for 2-3 seconds and the CPU is at 100% usage but everything else work. If i deactivate one of the GPUS that it shows me then it runs very smoothly but it cant detect a second monitor through the HDMI. I reinstalled the windows that it should bring back the drivers that the laptop was using but it didnt fixed it. PLEASE HELP ME !!!!!!
