Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Edited...

Hi, I have identified this issue associated with Webcam in MS Teams. Webcam was keep getting disconnected in the MS Teams meeting. I am using Windows 10 - 64bit and the camera is HP TrueVision HD Camera. So I checked the camera option from "Start" menu and ended up with the error message mentioned in the subject line.

As part of debugging i did the following checks,

1) Tried updating the driver for camera from Device Manager. But received a message saying "The best driver for this device is already installed"

2) Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the camera device from Device Manager

3) Verified in Camera Settings that access to all apps are set to "Yes"

4) Made sure that latest windows updates are installed

5) Tried with HP support webpage for the latest version of webcam driver, but couldn't find anything for HP TrueVision HD.

6) Also tried other options mentioned in HP support including Antivirus firewall turning off.

7) Also I dont have webcam kill switch or webcam shutter key at my side

But none of these steps helped me in fixing this issue. Can anyone kindly help me here?
