Two years ago my laptop broke and i sent it into Hp with my warranty still intact they said my laptop had water damage which my warranty did not cover I then sent it into a laptop repair company and they fixed it however it didn't have water damage at all when i brought it up with a Case Manager i was only offered a $120 gift card even thought the cost of repair was $172 I was so upset i never responded back. I've just remember about it so i'm looking to see if i can still claim it.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.

 

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.

 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
