Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I got my Elitebook 1040 today (A43YQUA#ABA). According to the website, this model has a touchscreen but it is not working for me! When I go to pen and touch info, it says no input. Please help on what I can do to resolve this.

As shown on page 1, the series has a mixture of non-touch screens. Looks like your machine does not have a touchscreen . Please check System > About  to see what does it say. For example
