Grainy laptop camera

HP Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have always like HP products , so when the time came to buy a laptop for traveling I chose an HP Notebook.  Most of the time it works fine.  BUT...and it is a big but, The onboard camera is absolute crap.  I have read post after post on here looking for a fix.  Nothing works,  Heck they make cameras for toddlers that take a clearer picture.  The picture is so grainy.  It is terrible.  You have had a thousand posts on this problem.  No fixes.  I am left to assume you used a very very low quality camera that is laughably called "HD".  It is frustrating and has left me doubting I will ever buy another HP product,

@Mystayya

Firstly HD is simply one standard resolution (1,280x720). Have you tried to give more light to objects ? Please try that first.

Regards.

Tried that.  Also uninstalled and reinstalled. I've spent hours over the last year or two trying to get a better picture.  It is very frustrating.  AGAIN, I am disappointed in the HP response to this well known issue.  I will not recommend your products to people any more.  Your company would have been better off admitting that it used a crappy camera.
