Installed all HP drivers from their website, it showed Radeon R5 M430 but didn't worked. Next I installed R5 M430drivers from AMD website but it changed R5 M430 drivers to R5 M330 (as seen in Device Manager). Still looking for solution. Please help!

Hello @MaryGL53 – Hope you are well 🙂

Thank you for becoming an HP Forum member. It is a dynamite location to get help from the community, get suggestions and find what has worked for others.

I understand you seem to have a change of driver name from R5 M430 to R5 M330 after an update.

Let’s run this AMD Utility and scan for any updates.

If available install it, restart the computer and check.

Let me know how it goes. 🙂
