My NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 graphics card is not being recognized/detected by my OMEN by HP 17-cb0040nr .
I cannot conduct a manual update, because "Display Adapter" does not exist in the "Device Manager".
When attempting to open the NVIDIA control panel, I am prompted with an error message stating "NVIDIA display settings are not available - An NVIDIA graphics card was not detected in your system".
I also tried updating my drivers using the NVIDIA GeForce Experience app, however, it prompts me with "Unable to download recommended driver."
I do not know which driver I should download from the " HP Customer Support - Software and Drivers Downloads" page.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
