Green or Yellow colors

HP Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have noticed on Face book and other areas that some pictures will be covered in a lime green or yellow. The picture will be partially covered in one of those colors. Or the colors will look like a puzzle with wiggly lines. I have no idea what is going on nor how to fix it. This ole Granny’s brain just can not figure this out. And I am really frustrated. @DLV80

I reviewed your post and I understand that the images on Facebook are covered in green color.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Does this happen only on Facebook?

Have you tried using a different browser?

What is the product number of your computer?

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BOIS and the graphics driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

P.S: Welcome to the HP Support Community 😊
