My laptop screen has been looking like this for a while now, and then I tried the BIOS setup, and it keeps beeping and turning on and off, but the screen hasn’t cleared. If anyone knows where it’s coming from and how it can be fixed, that would be great!

Since the issue persists in BIOS, this is a Hardware issue. I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options


Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
