HP Pavilion DM4
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have a HP Pavilion DM4 (64 bit) and I went Windows 7 to Windows 10.

Since this migration, the HDMI port doesn't work when I want to connect my PC  to the TV.

Do you have any solutions?

Thanks for your help.

@Ant15 Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that the HDMI port is not working.

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

I recommend you to update the bios and the chipset driver from the below link and check if it helps.

If the issue persists, please check and install all the windows updates and check if it helps.

I think the problem is coming of Graphic card because in the option, you can see "Economy Energy" with a lock.

@Ant15

I understand your concerns.

This model has not tested for windows 10 operating systems. Please refer to the following link.

There are no proper driver for Windows 10 operating system.

You have to look for the third party drivers or you have to roll back to the previous windows version.

Have a nice day!!
