Product: HP Pavilion Laptop 13-bb0xxx

I have a HP Pavilion Laptop 13-bb0xxx (6M174U8) which I bought used from a school who was selling discounted used laptops. I have tried everything on YouTube regarding connecting the laptop to my Hisense TV via HDMI, but to no avail. Have uninstalled the display adapters driver and installed an updated version but still cannot get it work. Any troubleshooting advice would be greatly appreciated.
