Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2J4V7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Dear all, 

I have a HP 15,6" 15-e2000 laptop, the hdmi port stopped working overnight.

I tried to use diffent cables and different screens but with no results. The cables and the screens work with an other laptop.

From Audio in control panel the port results active. 

Unfortunately, the usb-C port is not a display port, so the usb-C /HDMI doesn't work.

any suggestion?
