I have an Envy X360 13 ay-0005nl

When i install the graphic drivers downloaded from amd site the display start to flicker black, sometimes half of the screen, sometimes 1/4 of the screen or full screen.

When i uninstall the amd driver and let windows update reinstall them the display works perfectly.

Even if i update the graphics driver without factory reset the monitor start to flicker black and i have to reinstall the drivers with windows update.

is there a solutions? I want to update my drivers and not staying with old drivers.

i searched on google for the display driver, but i didnt found it

Can you hel me? Thanks

Hi @sucree01

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I see that you are facing driver issues.

Please update the drivers from Device Manager or HP Support Assistant apart from Windows update.

Downloading drivers externally can give issues as this might conflict with the device specifications.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
