HID Sensor collection v2 error

Dear Sir ,,

I have aproblem in HID Sensor collection v2 get yellow triangle , i have windows 10 in i was installed all drivers from HP  website , so the windows can not rotate in tablet mode , pleasse help me.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are facing issues with your HP Spectre x360 - 13-w001ne wherein you get a yellow triangle error in in HID Sensor collection v2.

 

This issue could occur if the HID drivers are corrupted.

 

Let's go through a few steps to resolve this issue.

  1. Type Windows key + R for the run command to appear.
  2. Type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.
  3. In Device Manager right click on HID sensor collection V2.
  4. Click on Update driver software.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Dear Sir ,,

 

 I was done previous steps, but the same problem , i was installed all driver from HP website and all drivers are up to date .
