hi guys,

can i get some assistance on how to get back my HID compliant touch screen drive install back on laptop, i try all the basics and nothing works

Have you try installing touchpad drivers of your laptop from HP driver page? If yes, then Ensure the touchpad is enabled in Windows Settings, then press the touchpad toggle key (typically Fn + the key with the touchpad icon, often F7, though it varies by model). Check your keyboard layout and press the correct combination to toggle it on. This resolves most cases where the touchpad appears disabled.
