Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought hp 14S-CR1005TU laptop from flipkart. I found that the product display is damaged, that it has the print of keyboard layout inside the display. I returned it and asked for the replacement. The product which is replaced was also came with the same problem. I contacted that they flipkart that they said they will refund. But, I need the product not the money , because it is an emergency for my work. Please help me what can I do.  If I contact the HP customer care , will they replace it with the non detective new one. Please help me.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
