Product: HP 15-U111DX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I currently own the HP 15-U111DX Laptop/Tablet conversion and it does everything I need it to, I've updated the HDD to SSD and maxed out the RAM, but the part that bothers me the most is the lack luster display.  Its not very good to be honest.  Is there a compatible screen out there that I can upgrade it to an better resolution?  I use to do this with older laptops in the day, but have kind of fallen behind on this sort of stuff.  Was any variation of this laptop offered with a 4K screen that is a direct replacement?

It has 15.6-inch diagonal Full HD WLED-backlit touchscreen display (1920x1080) which is the top of available displays for the series.
