Product: HP 17,3 inch laptop-pc 17-c0000 (2W0H9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to use Windows Hello but it says that it does not recognizes my camera as being compattible 😞 
Can't find any specs on the camera.

What is it actually because 2W0H9AV is invalid. C0000 is also invalid

Ok, this is much better. Its specs

As you can see, it ONLY has HP True Vision 720p HD camera with integrated dual array digital microphones. You need a 3D/IR webcam (camera) to be able to use Hello facial recognition.
