HP 250 G4
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I've recently bought a brand new HP 250 G4.

Problem is, the touchpad is driving me crazy as it clicks when I don't want it to. It's extremely sensitive.  What's even more annoying is that when I do want to click, it doesn't work and I have to click more than once!

I've tried changing the settings but its coming up with an error message telling me to uninstall something ( I cant click on it right now to bring up the exact instructions, it's not working).

Is this a known fault with this notebook model? Should I take it back to the seller? I'm disappointed with the quality of the actual laptop anyway, considering that I paid over £300, you'd expect the touchpad to be fully working and responsive without the aid of a mouse 😞

If anyone could give me any advice, I would be most grateful.

Thanks
