Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, i have some screen viewing problems. I use a HP 820 G1 with it docking station using a HP EliteDisplay E201 as external monitor.

Since i update video driver from 20.19.15.4xxx to 20.19.15.5xxx I see "blur" or "spots", I don't know how to call it,  on the monitor, it's like my screen had some matting effect.

For example this is what I see with my monitor (check the background with the blue and violet colors):

And this what I should see on my monitor, I shoot the photo on the internal laptop's monitor (that has no problem):

You can also check what is the correct view by using the site.

This issues presents more on dark colors, and if there are some textual elements on darks color, monitor had difficult focusing on text.

I have this problem only with Windows 10 when using external monitor, with Ubuntu i don't have any problem using external monitor.
