Hi!

 I'm using Mac OS Sonoma.

Cannot use any descent resolution on Teams nor Zoom. Poly Lens won't recognise the camera. Any ideas?

Great disappointment as of yet.

welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

As you have not provided any software versions for the camera or the Poly Lens app I suggest you check this post >here<

 

If you still struggle I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
