HP ENVY 15 X360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have an Envy x360 Laptop which I mainly use for taking notes, however the pen isn't accurate (Noting that I tried 2 other active pens) that work but have the same accuracy, so I see that the issue is related to the laptop itself not the pens

- Tried to update the OS & Firmware

- Tried different softwares: Onenote, Microsoft Drawboard, LiquidText

all with no luck

would anyone help me to fix that ?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the HP pen is not writing accurately.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I checked the specifications of your computer and see that the below HP pens are supported on your computer. In case if you are using a different HP pen, I recommend you switch the one mentioned below.

Impreza 929863-002

Sunwoda 920241-001

If you are using one of the above mentioned pen’s then follow the steps in the below article.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

Hello @The_Fossette

Thank you for your reply  but after searching I believe it's a problem with all HP x360 laptops and many people are experiencing the same problem

related to the Pen, I'm using HP Active pen (that one that came with the Laptop) + additional Pen called "Renaisser" and both have the same result

As a reminder: The issue is that the drawing experience is very bad because I can't draw straight lines !

> The problem doesn't mean that there is a problem in touchscreen, (touchscreen works very well)

> Probably it's in the drivers that support the Active pen integration 😕  and I'm not sure if there is a third party pen that works better , if know a solution for this or a Third party pen that I can buy please let me know

Thank you in advance
