Dear Sir
As already payment initiated against(Quotation - SYS-KOK/28590 ) though Laptop screen recovery still not happened from your end
In such no mail or no feedback which really made my experience for this service channel too worst so that submitted or logged issue manually on 27 th October and date now 16 th November, couldn't able to believe such worst service after payment initiated for that quotation.
I am really upset and not willing to suggest anyone this HP brand next farther .
My earnest plead please recover my screen related issue for this laptop and consider to receive this Laptop at least within this week .
