Chromeboook gave notice that only 5 min left on battery - then went black - plugged in and when came back on it now flashes off and on -- tried to hold refresh and start - that did not work - then tried the Ctrl-Alt-Shift-R as a last resort based on info online - but came back flashing so it was impossible to even set back up --  Any thoughts on how to fix this??  Have not found any good answers with online searches -  Advice appreciated!  Thank you
