Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i had bought HP ENVY 13-d117TU in singapore last year. i am facing LCD screen problem now. i am very disapponting about it. i don't know how to buy and change new LCD screen. Please advice me where i can buy ringt LCD screen spare part and how much the price is.

I read that you have an HP ENVY Notebook - 13-d117tu laptop. I read that there is an LCD issue. I also read that the laptop was purchased in Singapore last year and now you need help to get the screen replaced. Not to worry, I'll do my best to help you. 

 

I suggest you to reach out to our HP phone support to explore the hardware service options for your HP laptop.

 

You might want to refer to this HP article as it might come handy for knowing HP - Global Warranty policy.
