Product: HP ENVY Laptop PC 14-eb0003nf
As shown below, my laptop keyboard is warped just above the touchpad, and touchpad buttons does not work smoothly now.
Product is still covered by product warranty HP Care Pack, but HP support says that this is the result of a misuse and refuses to take care of the repair with the product warranty (they ask about 250$ for repairing).
Of course, there is absolutely no misuse, the laptop has been used at home, on a clean desktop, and it really looks like a conception issue.
After 3 years of use, i guess that such technical issue may occur: we just pay product warranty for safety when this kind of situation occurs, it seems that it is useless.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
