Hi everyone!

I need some help regarding my HP ENVY x360 15.6" 2-in-1 laptop. The hinge has been damaged, and because of that, the display is also affected. This laptop was purchased in the USA, but I am currently in India. It is out of warranty, but I’m fully willing to pay for the repair.

 

I would like to know if HP service centers in India can repair a USA model, and whether original parts like the hinge and display would be available here. I’m hoping to get this device repaired through HP Authorized Support, as I truly value it and want a proper fix.

 

I would really appreciate any help or guidance from HP experts or other users who may have faced a similar situation. Thank you in advance!
