HP ENVY x360 Screen coming off

HP Recommended
HP ENVY x360 - 15m-bp012dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have had my HP ENVY x360 for a couple years and hasn't once been dropped or bumped. Yet in the left corner by the hinge it is coming off. I searched on here and found that I'm bar far not the only one who has had this issue. In the last thread they mentioned that it is obviously faulty since it seems everyone is having the same issues with the same corner, but I haven't seen anything mentioned about a recall.

We have been purchasing HP's for awhile, but it's too expensive if it's just going to fall apart like something I would pick up at a discount store.

@MommaWard

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, After reading your post I did go through the product information of your HP ENVY X360 - 15m-Bp012dx and found that your computer model doesn't fall under faulty unit or recall. As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.

I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/

Please feel free to contact us here anytime you need any further assistance. Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
