Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello 

My Envy 15-ew0023dx should have truevision ir camera but in the device manager, it shows as a USB Camera, and on the Windows camera App it gives a Black screen the mic is working but the camera is not working I reset my Laptop and also installed New Windows 11 23H2 Clean with all HP Drivers from the site Same Problem so I need separate Driver For My Envy Camera or a Solution to get the camera working again.

Even the IR camera is not appear on device manager also so if some one face the problem please let me know.
