Product: hp elite x2

My Elite x2 is loaded with problems and now unusable.  

 

First, I started having problems with the touchscreen. IT didn't work around the edges, such as where you touch to change tabs in the browser. At first, I could rotate the tablet to switch tabs.  I looked for tips and attempted to fix to no avail.  Then the touchscreen quit working all together.   

 

But I could use it with the detachable keyboard & mousepad.   Then I didn't use if for a while after getting a new laptop. And when I tried recently, the keyboard doesn't work.   

 

I press the power button, it turns on. And I can do nothing with it. I can't log in. Can't restart, etc.    I have tried restarting by holding down the power button but nothing happens.  I've looked for a reset button, but not sure it has one.

 

Oh, and from the very beginning, the camera was blurry so I looked like I was a ghost underwater in zoom meetings.  I never got around to trying to solve that one.
