I have HP Envy 15-CN000 Core i5 laptop. Its touchscreen suddenly stops working. I tried every hp support driver, Bios update and diagnose tools still not lucky. I guess I will need touchscreen firmware. Anyone can provide the link to Touchscreen firmware.

@xeshan881 Welcome to HP Community!
Also, Did you check if it works fine on the BIOS screen to identify if it's either a hardware or a software issue?
- If it works fine on the BIOS (Accessed while tapping F10 during a restart) it's a software issue & I suggest creating a new user account to check if that works better, for starters)
- However, if it doesn't work within the BIOS either, I'm afraid it's a hardware malfunction.

Sir please check the message and problem first then provide solution. I ask for touch firmware and you gave me AMD Bios. I ask for HP Envy 15-CN000 not HP ENVY 15-CP000. Intel comes in CN series where AMD is CP. You have given me the link of AMD BIOS. Please Send me Touchscreen firmware not BIOS. As I earlier mentioned I have tried all the possible ways thats why I came to HP support. Connect me to technical team may be they resolve the issue.

@xeshan881 The reason I provided the firmware is because there's no firmware available for your specific model, you may click here to verify the same (as mentioned before) and If you've checked if the touchscreen works in BIOS and it doesn't, this is most likely a hardware malfunction and since there are no firmware or update available, you can use the below steps to talk to an HP tech support for repair options:
1) Click on this link - http://www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Click on "Show Options".
Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!
Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, if yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from,
